High Market Knowledge Key to Top Northern Regional Award

the highest level of service and current market knowledge in
Auckland’s very fast paced property market has played a
key role in Linda Galbraith of Harcourts Parnell being
announced today as Harcourts Northern Region’s Top Sales
Consultant for the 2006-2007 year.
CEO of Harcourts New Zealand, Bryan Thomson, noted that Linda was renowned amongst her clients and the public for her very strong product knowledge as well as her marketing and negotiating skills. "Linda’s success in the top end of the market requires extensive knowledge on where the buyers are in order to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.”
“Having worked in real estate for close to 15 years, Linda has shown a consistent level of excellence and is well known for achieving exceptional results for her top end clientele,” Mr Thomson added. As a result she has regularly featured amongst Harcourts’ top sales consultants nationwide and also achieved Harcourts' Top Sales Consultant award in the Northern Region for the 2001-2002 year.
The Second and Third top Sales Consultant awards for Harcourts Northern Region (which includes from Auckland to the top of the North Island) went to Trevor Hyland from Harcourts Whangaparaoa and Matty Ma from Harcourts Glenfield who have both consistently featured in Harcourts’ National Top Sales Consultants Awards over recent years.
This was the second of the four regional awards being held around the country this week prior to the highly anticipated National Awards at Harcourts’ Annual Conference in Auckland 28-30 May where the Top National Sales Consultant will be announced in front of around 1,000 Harcourts delegates.
As part of the Black Tie Awards Event, an announcement will also be made about which New Zealand sales consultants achieved a Top 20 placing throughout Harcourts’ network of over 400 offices Australasian wide.
