Axis Gold Rush for Publicis Mojo

Media Release

6 June 2007

Axis Gold Rush for Publicis Mojo

Leading creative agency Publicis Mojo showcased its magic formula, scooping the most Gold awards at the 2007 Axis Awards on Friday 1 June.

The agency won Grand Axis for both Print and Television, taking home five Golds in total along with 3 Silvers and one Bronze.

Three Gold awards were won for creative on Amnesty International and two Golds for the international “Breathing Oceans” TVC for Greenpeace.  A Silver award was also picked up for the long running and popular Lift Plus campaign with the “Spoons” execution by Curious Films.

Nick Worthington, Publicis Mojo’s Executive Creative Director, said: “I’ve never felt prouder than at this year’s Axis awards. It’s not easy producing the single best print ad and the single best TV ad in New Zealand and it’s a real credit to the strength of talent that make up our team.

Creative Director Lachlan MacPherson, added, “To win with international work created here in New Zealand is a real coup in addition to the exceptional creative we’re producing for our local clients like Coca Cola with Lift Plus.”

Publicis Mojo has the winning combination of great talent and the right attitude to produce world class creativity.
