New Harcourts Academy Trainer Joins Corporate Team

NEWS RELEASE

New Harcourts Academy Trainer Joins Corporate Team

Janelle Coombridge has been appointed full time trainer in the Northern Region (including Auckland) as part of Harcourts' unique training division, The Harcourts Academy.

Janelle is passionate about 'Best Practice' industry standards

Ms Coombridge has been involved with the real estate industry for many years, most recently with Massey University within the Real Estate Qualifications Programme for Branch Manager and Licensee status where she was involved in lecturing, tutoring, and overall management of the programme.

Now based with Harcourts' Corporate team in Auckland, Ms Coombridge described her role as focusing on quality training and professional development of new and existing Harcourts sales consultants in support of the group's continued expansion throughout the key Auckland market. She added that she was "passionate about and active in promoting 'Best Practice' industry standards".

While Harcourts is the largest real estate group in New Zealand with just over 180 offices, the Auckland market is being targeted as a key part of its growth strategy.

CEO of Harcourts New Zealand, Bryan Thomson said, "Janelle Coombridge comes to our team with an exceptional resume of high level experience within the real estate education sector. She is unique among professionals in New Zealand and we are massively fortunate that she has decided to extend her own professional development as a member of our Harcourts Academy team. Our franchise owners, managers and sales consultants can fully expect to see significant impact on their own development through exposure to the skills and experience that Janelle brings to our team."

The Academy is Harcourts' unique training division which includes nine trainers throughout Australasia with programmes covering new sales consultants, through to management, ownership and succession planning.

Ms Coombridge's predecessor, Angela Temata, has relocated to Harcourts Western Australia as their Academy Trainer and Business Development Manager.
