Mango NZ Wins Westpac Marketing PR
Business
Mango Communications has successfully won the
marketing communications public relations project work for
Westpac – the third new business win in as many
weeks.
Westpac’s sponsorship and consumer marketing activity spans sporting, community and cultural environments, with a special emphasis on connecting their customers to the brand.
Claudia Macdonald, Mango’s Managing Director, says the win reflects the agency’s strengths. “We are delighted to be working with a great business like Westpac. We excel at bringing brands to life and creating meaningful connections between consumers and products or services, so this association is a perfect match.
“Mango has a strong understanding of high-level sponsorship leverage, experiential activity and media relations within the fashion, technology and financial industries. We will be bringing these core skills to our first project for Westpac, its sponsorship of Air New Zealand Fashion Week.”
Westpac’s Head of Brand and Marketing, Suzie Marsden comments: “We are excited to be taking our marketing communications public relations activity to a new level and believe that Mango will be a great extension to our current marketing team. I look forward to their expertise adding another layer to our communications strategy and activation.”
In the past three weeks Mango Communications has announced PR contracts from Tourism Victoria and HWI NZ Ltd, distributors of Breville and Philips homewares.
