Hotel Formule 1 Auckland Introduces New Cafe

The smell of newly brewed coffee and freshly baked goodies is now wafting out of Auckland's innovative Hotel Formule 1, where a new Vivace Espresso coffee house opened on 20 August.

A steady flow of city workers, passers-by, tourists and hotel guests are enjoying the wide selection of hot and cold drinks and fresh, appetising food that ranges from chocolate brownies to paninis.

Vivace Espresso is a specialist coffee roasting company established in Christchurch in 1997, with a focus on a high standard and consistency of coffee, with experience in hospitality management. The group has four cafes throughout New Zealand, with a strong reputation and loyal customers.

Hotel Formule 1 General Manager Nathan Frost says feedback from customers has been fantastic.

"We are thrilled to offer another service at the hotel, both for our guests and walk in customers. Vivace Espresso is an established brand with a great reputation. And the food is so good that last week as some freshly baked 'Choc Rocks' were taken out of the oven, a customer bought them right off the hot tray!"
