Senior Managers Appointed At Transfield Services (Nz) Ltd

Prominent infrastructure maintenance and services delivery company Transfield Services (NZ) Ltd has appointed three strategic managers as part of its continued expansion of business activities.

Alan Marriott has been appointed General Manager, Business Excellence, leading a team of analysts whose roles are to identify and implement business-wide procedures and practices which increase workplace efficiencies to deliver world-class performance results.

Alan brings with him business management experience from change management roles held within two Telecom New Zealand divisions and establishing country operations for international businesses. He has also served on the board of the Franchise Association of New Zealand and operated his own businesses over a number of years.

Vic Hensley joins Transfield Services (NZ) Ltd as General Manager, Operations, in the company’s infrastructure group. Vic Hensley was previously CEO of Northland-based McBreen Jenkins Ltd which Transfield Services (NZ) Ltd acquired earlier this year.

Vic Hensley brings on board a huge depth of civil construction, roading maintenance and general contracting experience through roles at companies such as Road Freighters and East Coast Contractors.

Elsewhere in Transfield Services (NZ) Ltd, Mike Brooks takes up the position of General Manager, Business Development, with responsibility for all marketing, relationship management and business development activities within the company’s infrastructure group.

Mike comes with a substantial background of knowledge in the services sector, both in New Zealand and internationally, gained through senior management roles in Ernst and Young, Serco Group and most recently Excell Corporation.
