The North Shore’s newest multiplex opens on April 24, providing locals with a state-of-the-art, luxurious movie-going experience at SKYCITY Cinemas.

Every seat is literally best-in-house at the North Shore’s first Gold Class cinemas, with two dedicated auditoria with 70 seats in total and a dedicated Gold Class lounge. The full-sized auditoria boast wall-to-wall screens and state-of-the-art digital sound, giving guests a big-screen experience from the comfort of plush, fully reclining armchairs, along with a personal wait-service call button for food and beverage.  

Enjoy beautiful views over the Albany Lakes and civic park from the exclusive Gold Class lounge. With great indoor and outdoor seating, the lounge is the perfect place to meet friends for pre and post-movie drinks and nibbles.
