Kiwi Campers Now Allows Kiwis in its Campers.

6 May 2008

Kiwi Campers Now Allows Kiwis in its Campers.

Kiwi Campers up until now has quite literally banned Kiwis from travelling in its campervans. This has now changed as Kiwi Campers announced that they are now animal friendly. They have set aside some vans from their normal rental fleet as pet friendly vans. This means people wanting to bring their pets with them on a campervan holiday now can.

The idea came about when Kiwi Campers Operations Manager, Patrick Broadbent wanted to take his dog, Murdoch away with him on holiday. He realised that if he did it would be breaking Kiwi Campers own terms and conditions. "Basically I came up with a great idea around the problem, simply change the terms and conditions to allow pets" Mr Broadbent said. So Kiwi Campers did just that and amended their terms to allow pets in some of their vehicles.

Kiwi Campers owns and operates a fleet of around 100 late model KEA built luxury campervans and motorhomes of the highest quality. These are all less than 4.5 years old and are serviced regularly and kept in pristine condition.

People with pets wanting to book a campervan can book by phone, or online at www.kiwicampers.co.nz
