TelstraClear customers say 'Now's Good' at NetGuide Awards

On the day TelstraClear launched its new online destination Clearnet.co.nz it also scooped a major prize at the NetGuide 2008 People’s Choice Web Awards.

TelstraClear won ‘Best ISP - Nationwide’ at the awards held in Auckland last night.

TelstraClear Head of Consumer Steve Jackson says the award confirms TelstraClear’s position as the leading internet service provider in the country.

“It’s fantastic to be voted number one by our customers and reflects the dedication of the team here at TelstraClear to offer a superior online experience. We have made a number of improvements to our website and the services we provide customers in the past year and to see customers recognise that is pretty special for our team. ”

“Customers enjoy TelstraClear’s internet reliability, speed and value for money. Our PDQ Broadband is an example of simple, easy to understand internet with transparent pricing."

“Winning this award last night topped off a fantastic day after the launch of Clearnet.co.nz in the morning.”

TelstraClear will not rest on its laurels - it also has some great new business broadband plans being launched soon that will give customers even greater control of their broadband experience.

The award confirms the findings of the latest Epitiro report, independent industry benchmarking, which found TelstraClear’s Broadband to be the market leader in terms of speed, including the fastest connection speeds, fastest download speeds, best ping times and shortest email roundtrip time.
