Harcourts’top Commercial title for Auckland realtor

30 May 2008 – Auckland-based real estate professional Tim Turner has been named Harcourts Top Commercial Sales Consultant for the year ended 31 March 2008, after exceeding $100 million in commercial transactions in 2007/08.

The announcement was made at a Harcourts black-tie awards dinner in Christchurch on Wednesday night, a function attended by more around 800 people who helped to honour Harcourts’ top individuals and offices.

At the dinner the second and third placed commercial sales consultants were also named as Bruce Woodhead, an experienced and successful New Plymouth-based commercial specialist, and Andrew Bruce, who along with Mr Turner is a successful sales consultant based in Harcourts Takapuna office.

Earlier in the month Mr Turner was named Top Commercial Sales Consultant in Harcourts’ Northern region for the 2007/08 financial year, while Mr Woodhead (three times number three in New Zealand) was named Top Commercial Sales Consultant in Harcourts Wellington region for the year.

Harcourts New Zealand CEO Bryan Thomson says Mr Turner has a broad range of experience and an excellent track record of success working for the diverse client base he has established since completing a Bachelor of Property Administration at the University of Auckland in 1989.

“Consistently amongst the top-performing commercial sales consultants in the Harcourts group, Tim has vast experience successfully negotiating sales and leases of an extensive range of properties on behalf of a wide array of major corporates, smaller private clients and international investors,” Mr Thomson says.
