Jayshree Dayal, Institute of Directors, Training and Events Manager, is one of Crowne Plaza’s first PCMR members and says it’s a great incentive for conference and event organisers.

“It’s nice to get some recognition for your hard work and be able to use it for a holiday or break away when it suits,” she says.
