Are You Smarter Than The
Competition?
Tickets are selling fast for next month’s 2008 AMP Capital Corporate Challenge, an evening of intellectual jousting with corporate teams pitting their brains against each other, all in the aid of a great cause, Variety – The Children’s Charity.
Sponsored by AMP Capital Investors, the black tie event at SKYCITY on Wednesday 2 July begins with a champagne reception at 6.00pm, followed by mind bending rounds of trivia, entertainment, auctions and a three course dinner.
A panel of industry experts will join quizmaster John Hawkesby on stage and then be auctioned off throughout the evening for teams to gain an edge over their competition.
The AMP Capital Variety Corporate Challenge takes trivia into a sophisticated corporate marketplace and incorporates the latest technology.
“The technology being used is cutting edge and will set the quiz apart from other corporate events currently on offer,” says Variety Operations Manager, Adam Leslie.
“With the latest Hewlett Packard HP 2133 Mini-Note PCs on each table and software from Cisco Systems, teams will be able to submit their answers, measure their success, communicate directly with other teams and have their results displayed throughout the evening.”
Involving teams of up to 10 people competing for prizes in separate industry categories as well as chasing the prestigious 2008 AMP Capital Corporate Challenge winners’ title, the night promises to be a battle of cunning, guile, wit and wisdom.
Tables of 10 are available now for $4500 (including GST) and funds raised will help sick, disabled and disadvantaged Kiwi kids reach their full potential.
