TelstraClear signs exclusive partnership with Verint Systems

TelstraClear has signed a reseller agreement with Verint’s Witness Actionable Solutions group, the world-leading provider of workforce optimisation solutions for the contact centre, as well as remote office, branch and back-office operations.

The agreement gives TelstraClear exclusive premier partner benefits for Verint’s Impact 360® workforce optimisation products and services in the New Zealand market. This includes solutions for quality monitoring and call recording, workforce management, speech and data analytics, customer feedback surveys, performance management and eLearning.

TelstraClear Head of Enterprise and Government Mark Wilson says the partnership confirms TelstraClear as the leading supplier of contact centre solutions in New Zealand.
