On 19 June 2008 TOWER Insurance, New Zealand, launched its new travel insurance website, www.towertravel.co.nz where people can get quotes, buy insurance online and receive confirmation that cover is in place by email and SMS to their mobile phone. TOWER is the only New Zealand owned insurance company to offer this text message service. The online site is simple to use and suits the changing needs of TOWER’s customers.
