Best Western Gathers 180-strong in New Zealand

Best Western Australasia launches its national Annual Convention in Auckland, New Zealand next week with an expected 180 guests attending.

Commencing on the 4th August, the conference includes many special guest speakers, including a world-famous surprise guest whose name will be released closer to the event.

Other speakers include:
• Michael Ossipof, Director of Customer Executive Programs – Telstra,
• Anurag Vasisth, Global Client Manager – American Express,
• Andre Russ, Head of Global Markets – Green Globe,
• Sue Garwood, Hospitality Management Trainer – Best Western International
• Phil Hateley, President – Best Western Australasia and,
• Robert Anderson, Executive Director – Best Western Australasia.

This year’s conference focuses on ‘I Care’, a brand-new customer care system designed to revolutionise customer service in Best Western hotels globally.

A full program of the four-day event will be released tomorrow along with an open invitation for media to attend many sessions.

The Convention will be held at SKY CITY Auckland Convention Centre (88 Federal Street, Auckland) from Monday from the 4th of August until Thursday the 7th of August.
