Lucky Timing For Tokoroa Meter Reader

Michelle Clarke’s home in Awanui is about to have a $10,000 spring makeover thanks to Mike Pero Mortgages, and she could not be happier.

“I could not believe it when More FM rang to tell me that I had won. My house is certainly in need of some TLC. When I bought the house it needed a lot of work. I had to put in new windows and do some work on the ceilings and that’s just the beginning.  There is still plenty more to be done,” she says.

“It certainly won’t be hard to find uses for the money. Just the other week a door blew in that will also have to be replaced,” she added.

Michelle Clarke won the makeover after calling her local Mike Pero Mortgages broker to discuss getting a personal loan. By calling Mike Pero Mortgages she was entered into a competition run in conjunction with MORE FM, to win a $10,000 makeover.

Michelle Clarke, who works as a meter reader in Tokoroa, says the makeover could not have come at a better time for her four-bedroom home.

“My house is currently on the market and there is a lot that needs doing before it sells. The timing of the Mike Pero Mortgages promotion could not have been better. I certainly could not afford to make some of the improvements the house needs, so I am so grateful to the team at Mike Pero Mortgages for their generosity,” she says.

It is not too late for people to have a chance of winning a home makeover. If customers take out any product with Mike Pero Mortgages before 12 December, they will go into the draw to win one of four home improvement vouchers worth $2,500 each.
