Medals in abundance for Montana at Air New
Zealand Wine Awards
Montana ‘O’ Ormond Gisborne Chardonnay 2006, Montana ‘P’ Patutahi Gisborne Gewürztraminer 2007, Montana Reserve Hawke's Bay Pinot Gris 2008 and Montana Terroir Series Stuart Block Chardonnay 2006 from Montana Wines in New Zealand were each awarded gold medals at the 2008 Air New Zealand Wine Awards.
Jeff Clarke, chief winemaker for Montana was elated with the accolades received at the 2008 Air New Zealand Wine Awards dinner held in Wellington on Saturday 24th November at the TSB Arena, attended by 760 guests.
“Montana’s commitment to producing quality, sought after wines across different wine styles is reflected in these recent accolades awarded to our wines from Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay, Central Otago, Waipara and Marlborough", said Jeff Clarke, chief winemaker.
