First Sale for New Real Estate Company

MEDIA RELEASE:         22 JANUARY 2009

SOLD!

First Sale for New Real Estate Company

Barely a month after opening its doors, new real estate agency, Custom Residential, has made its first sale.

Founder and Head of Business Development at Custom Residential, Johnny Wills comments, “This is a great day for us! We are delighted to be sending a clear message to those commentators who didn’t believe there was room in the industry for another player. We hope our fresh, young, proactive, dynamic and honest approach offers Aucklanders a refreshing option. This sale is the first of many.”

Johnny continues, “Because of the current climate, we do expect to be operating in a challenging environment, but we are using this as a chance to treat every new house, not just as a listing, but as an individualised campaign, and to make sure we are reflecting the requirements of our customers.”

The property sold was exclusively listed with Custom Residential, an agency specialising in the wider Ponsonby area, and is located in the heart of this area at 39 Lawrence St, Herne Bay.

The four bedroom, two bathroom, two secure car parks, 165m2 house was appropriately titled ‘Capture the Moment’. The house had undergone magnificent restoration, suitable for families or executives, with top-end fixtures and fittings, sun privacy, secure parking, a kitchen and entertaining area that is without comparison.

Johnny Wills is a 35-year-old former policeman who is now a highly successful real estate sales agent, well aware that the landscape of the industry has been changing rapidly.  Johnny has also authored a book, “Wages Don’t Work”, perfect for anyone serious about being successful in business. Full of valuable advice and strategies the book is sub-titled “Earn up to $400,000 per year as an apprentice real estate agent”, but is just as applicable to other industries.
