Barely a month after opening its doors, new real estate agency, Custom Residential, has made its first sale.

Founder and Head of Business Development at Custom Residential, Johnny Wills comments, “This is a great day for us! The property sold was exclusively listed with Custom Residential, an agency specialising in the wider Ponsonby area, and is located in the heart of this area at 39 Lawrence St, Herne Bay.

The four bedroom, two bathroom, two secure car parks, 165m2 house was appropriately titled ‘Capture the Moment’.
