A month, a sale and a new employee
MEDIA RELEASE: 27 JANUARY

A month, a sale and a new employee
Growth at Custom Residential!
In a climate of downsizing and
redundancies, new real estate agency, Custom Residential, is
not only celebrating its first sale after only four weeks in
business, but is also welcoming a new member to the small,
but growing and vibrant team. Kerri Wayman, a charismatic
all rounder, has been appointed as a Buyers Agent.
As a licensed professional, Kerri represents the client, whether a home buyer, investor or a developer. Kerri’s exclusive focus is to find the right property for the right person, providing her extensive and comprehensive knowledge to help buyers make an informed decision.
The introduction of Kerri’s role reinforces the importance of the philosophy behind Custom Residential, that each and every sale is customised and service is paramount – listening to buyers and only showing them properties that are relevant for a start.
Johnny Wills says, “For Custom Residential 2009 is all about focus. Kerri’s introduction means our clients will have a clear competitive edge. For us achieving results for our vendors is paramount, and pro-active, individualised service to buyers is part of that. We are excited about the year ahead, and I am delighted to have a talented individual such as Kerri, join the team.”
Kerri’s passion for property is demonstrated through her personal experience of having bought and sold seven properties in nine years. In doing so, she experienced the good, the bad, and the downright ugly in terms of service from real estate agents so she knows what to look out for.
Prior to her appointment at Custom Residential, Kerri worked for two years at a top real estate company in Christchurch. Before her move to Auckland (with her partner and two children) Kerri did months of thorough and extensive research on the greater Ponsonby area, where she now works and lives.
Despite a “tight” market and anxious times, Custom Residential is bucking the trend and using the challenging environment to create change, strive for success, all while attempting to improve the perception on the industry.
