LG ARENA coming to New Zealand
LG Electronics, a worldwide technology and design leader in mobile communications, announced today its new flagship mobile phone for 2009, LG ARENA (LG-KM900) will be launched in New Zealand.
This fully loaded multimedia phone featuring LG’s innovative and dynamic 3D S-Class User Interface will be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress 2009 in Barcelona before making its way to New Zealand.
LG ARENA’s groundbreaking 3D S-Class UI is designed to be a more fun and engaging gateway to an amazing multimedia environment. Music, movies, pictures and more are within reach, thanks to intuitive, touch-based menus. A cube-based layout provides four customizable home screens with direct access to all features and the rich 3D graphics give S-Class a life-like look that makes it natural and easy to navigate.

LG ARENA features audio and video technologies never before seen on a mobile phone, including features aided by Dolby and DivX technologies, ensuring LG’s 2009 flagship handset delivers an exhilarating multimedia experience. LG ARENA also includes enhanced internet connectivity with HSDPA 7.2 networks, Wi-Fi, A-GPS and more.
LG will announce more specific details about ARENA and its features along with some surprises during a press conference at the Mobile World Congress.
LG Mobile New Zealand will launch ARENA and provide further information to media in March 2009.
