Referendum Roll to close off at end of next week

Meat & Wool New Zealand Referendum Roll to close off at end of next week

Sheep and beef farmers have until this Friday 17 July, to ensure they are on the Referendum Roll to enable them to vote on the Meat & Wool New Zealand investment proposition for the next five years.

To register on the roll, or check their details, farmers should call the Election Hotline 0508 666 336.

Meat & Wool New Zealand Board Secretary, Androula Dometakis said all farmers on the roll will have received the latest communication from Meat & Wool New Zealand during the week of 6 July, and so any who did not, are either not currently on the roll, or their address details may be out of date.

Farmers will receive the levy proposal and voting pack by mail in the first week of August and they have until 28 August to cast their vote.
