Harcourts launches luxury property magazine

21 July 2009: Harcourts International has just launched a new luxury property magazine with an inaugural 132-page edition showcasing dozens of Harcourts’ $1 million-plus luxury property listings. 

The magazine, titled Harcourts Luxury Portfolio Fine Property Collection, is a joint initiative between Harcourts International and Luxury Portfolio, the luxury property marketing division of global real estate network Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™, of which Harcourts is the exclusive South Pacific member.

Harcourts International Marketing Director David Martin says the first edition of the glossy quarterly magazine magnificently showcases exquisite residential and lifestyle properties in New Zealand and Australia being marketed by Harcourts and a selection of other luxury properties around the world.

As Mr Martin explains, the Harcourts Luxury Portfolio Magazine is to be produced quarterly as both a print and online publication and distributed throughout the Harcourts group, which has more than 600 offices in nine countries, and to high net worth individuals internationally through the Luxury Portfolio network.
