Top Bayleys agents move to Harcourts to set up Eden-Epsom office

10 September 2009: Two top Auckland realtors, husband and wife team James and Charlotte Marshall, have moved to Harcourts from opposition brand Bayleys to be involved in opening and leading a new Harcourts Group Ltd office in Eden-Epsom.

The award-winning couple, who in 2008/09 were Bayleys Number 3 Residential Sales Consultants, specialise in selling homes in Mt Eden, Epsom and surrounding suburbs.

Harcourts New Zealand CEO Bryan Thomson says it fantastic the dynamic couple have decided to make the move and become part of Harcourts’ leadership team in Auckland, building on the success they have achieved as sales consultants.
