A New Exclusive Business Club……..

A New Exclusive Business Club……..

Christchurch Company Customer Experiences is launching a unique business club called the 1% Club

Managing Director Chris Bell said the 1% Club was set up to celebrate and reward those companies that have a totally customer focused leadership and are consistently delivering a high quality customer experience.

Bell said he wants to focus on the positive experiences customers are having, “it’s all too easy to look at the many negative ones.”

Bells business get calls and emails everyday from customers complaining about the poor experiences delivered by businesses. So has decided to highlight the few that are consistently “doing it right”, hopefully others will follow.

Businesses must understand just how powerful word of mouth can be both positive and negative. Positive word of mouth is the most powerful and cost effective form of advertising available.

Bell said that too many businesses are paying lip service to how important customers are. Members of the 1% Club are the few “walking the talk”.

To gain membership of the 1% Club a business must first pass a tough evaluation process and after accepting an invitation to join, will benefit from promotional space on the Customer Experience websites, articles in a monthly newsletter and blog, promoted in our business seminar programmes and media releases. They will be highlighted at every opportunity.

The clubs name has come from the fact that there are very few businesses at present that could gain membership, hence “1%” our goal is to change that and grow a club that will benefit businesses and customers.

Bell said “We know businesses that deliver a consistently high quality customer experience attract the right employees, have greater customer loyalty, reduce their marketing spend and have faster and more profitable growth”. There is no doubt that customers pay more for a better experience.
