New Earlybirds, Combo Fares As Emirates’ Europe Expands

Emirates, which will expand its number of Europe destinations from 22 to 25 during this year, has brought in a range of new Earlybird fares to Europe, Dubai and South Africa.

It has also reintroduced its Europe Combo fares, which combine business and economy class and business and first class sectors.

“The Earlybirds and Combos provide great options to go with our burgeoning Europe network,” said Emirates’ New Zealand manager, Chris Lethbridge. “The 22 destinations we currently fly to in Europe is already unrivalled as a single-airline offering out of New Zealand and the expansion to 25 locations makes the Emirates’ network even more attractive.”

In recent weeks, Emirates has announced the start of flights to Amsterdam (from May 1), Prague (from July 1) and Madrid (from August 1), all with direct connections from Auckland and Christchurch at Dubai.

With all taxes and levies paid, the Earlybird fares from Auckland and Christchurch include London from $2,420 economy return (business class $8,325); Amsterdam from $2,305 economy return (business $8,085); and Istanbul from $2,265 economy return (business $8,045).

The fares are on sale until March 5 and are valid from January 21 to November 30.

The popular Combo fares to Europe from Auckland, Christchurch or Wellington are:

Business / economy $6,631 return (for sales and travel until further notice); and business / first $11,331 return (departures until June 30).

In the case of both Earlybird and Combo fares various conditions apply.
