Land transportation arrangements will be made for London-bound customers on the supplementary Singapore-Manchester services. We seek our customers’ understanding that due to a lack of availability of slots at London Heathrow Airport, we are currently unable to provide additional flights directly to London.

Singapore Airlines will contact affected customers who have provided their contact details to make arrangements for them to be rebooked on any alternative flights available.

Customers with confirmed bookings should proceed to the airport at least 2 hours before departure to check in for their flight. Those who are not on scheduled flights are strongly advised not to go to the airport until they have received confirmation from Singapore Airlines.
