‘Hotel Dining Rooms’ 2010


dine by Peter Gordon, located in the SKYCITY Grand Hotel, is celebrating today after being awarded winner of a new category - ‘Best Dining Room’ in the Metro Audi Restaurant of the Year Awards 2010 presented last night.

Peter Gordon, the mastermind of dine, who attended the awards dinner last night along with representatives from 50 top restaurants in the Auckland region, media and distinguished guests, says he is humbled to receive the award and extremely proud of his team at dine. Peter was accompanied by Assistant Manager, Gregory Maillard and newly appointed dine by Peter Gordon Restaurant Manager, Jenny Kiihfuss-Luey.

“Auckland offers such a diverse and rich culture of food and dining experiences and we’re so pleased to be named among the winners this year. dine has just celebrated its fifth birthday, five years of evolution into what we offer as an elegant and sophisticated dining room, presenting a unique blend of Asian, Pacific and traditional European cuisine.

“We also extend our congratulations to all of the other winners and wish them well for another successful year.”

Simon Jamieson, SKYCITY Head of Hotels Group, says the business is excited by the accolade.
