Bryers’ sentencing today

Bryers’ sentencing today

Groups of Tauranga BlueChip investors are heading to Auckland District High Court today to attend the sentencing of Mark Bryers.

Almost 200 pages of victim impact reports were emailed to the Court for the Judge and also sent to the National Enforcement Unit earlier this week. Hard copies will be taken to the court today.

Coordinator Suzanne Edmonds said from Tauranga “Reading the impact statements as they have come in has only hardened our resolve to see this country deliver some justice to the victims. These reports make for sober reading and are simply depressing given we all had trust that we are protected from these types of crooks in NZ”

Mr Bryers resides in the Rocks in Sydney living a handsome and apparently luxurious life.

Although the penalty for the crimes committed can have a custodial sentence, it is rumoured Mr Bryers will walk away with only a fine today.
