Catch The Football World Cup Live At SKYCITY

Football fever will be hitting Auckland from today until 11 July as the Football World Cup kicks off in South Africa. SKYCITY Auckland is proud to be the Official Home of the All Whites and now the destination where fans can come and catch all the Football World Cup matches live on the big screen. SKYCITY has lined Federal Street in the heart of Auckland’s CBD with the flags of the competing countries.

Sammy’s Place on the Main Casino Floor will be showing all the high profile games including New Zealand, England, Australia and the finals, while the Sports Lounge located on Level 3 of SKYCITY Auckland will be showing all the other games including replays. Punters will be able to visit the TAB counter in Sammy’s Place and place bets on who will win each game.

During the Football World Cup football fans will be able to take advantage of special food and beverage deals from Sports Lounge and Sammy’s Place including:
• Scrambled egg and sausage burrito - $4.00, available from 5.00am – 9.00am daily
• Hot Dog with mustard, onions and tomato relish - $5.00, available 24 hours daily
• Budweiser beer - $5 bottle – the official beer of the competition.

The final series will be held on the following dates:

Quarter Finals: 2 and 3 July
Semi Finals: 6 and 7 July
Third and Fourth Place: 10 July
Final: 12 July
