Paper Reclaim & NDU Agreement Reached

Paper Reclaim & NDU Agreement Reached

The group of twenty-five workers who were taking strike action at Paper Reclaim Limited over wage issues has this morning returned to work following agreement between the company and the National Distribution Union.

The parties reached agreement following a mediation process yesterday.

Company and Union representatives have this morning undertaken an inspection of the plant and have confirmed that neither the operations of the plant nor the working conditions have been impacted by the strike.

Inspection of the site has confirmed that any potential rodent problem is well managed and is satisfied that the management controls in place are satisfactory.

The terms of the agreement remain confidential to all parties.
