FoMA Sells Fomana Capital Shares

Federation Of Maori Authorities Sells Fomana Capital Limited Shares

The Federation of Maori Authorities today announces that it has sold its shares in Fomana Capital Limited to the other shareholder/managers of FCL effective from 30 June 2010.

This sale concludes all previous arrangements between the parties including the brand licensing arrangements for Fomana Capital Limited to utilise FoMA’s name and network of members. Fomana Capital Limited is now a private business and no longer forms part of the FoMA group.

FoMA and Fomana Capital Limited both remain committed to furthering Maori business initiatives now, and into the future.
