about their food service Bupa Care Homes have recently
partnered with Celebrity Cook Annabelle White and have
produced a training DVD which is fronted by Annabelle White
and includes cooking tips from the “Cuddly Cook”
herself.
To ensure continued improvement in delivery food services area, Bupa Care Homes is running a food services programme throughout 2010 to specifically target this area. Part of the programme delivery includes a DVD hosted by local celebrity Cook Annabelle White.
The DVD, designed to inspire and motivate, features Annabelle White demonstrating how to prepare four key dishes from the Bupa menu and how the chefs and kitchen staff can add their own twist.
While the DVD is designed to give inspiration to staff and encourage them to put their own twist on the standard Bupa menu’s to enhance the flavour it also provides tips on food presentation. Bupa Care Homes provide care for residents with ranging eating needs where chefs are catering for standard meals through to pureed diet where presentation becomes even more important.
