Acclaimed realtor announced as partner in Harcourts USA

DeLuca has become a partner and shareholder in
Harcourts’ new joint venture in the United States of
America with Altera Real Estate.
The announcement was made at the official launch of Harcourts in the USA last week, the latest step in the global expansion of the Harcourts real estate group, which was originally established in New Zealand in 1888.
Mr DeLuca, one of the most highly regarded trainers in the industry and one of the popular speakers in America, commenced his real estate career in 1976 as a sales consultant, going on to average nearly 200 property sales annually and to win numerous industry awards in America including being named Reno’s Salesman of the Year and Nevada’s Realtor of the Year.
During his career he has also operated his own successful real estate and management business, which led the entire country for productivity per agent, and in addition been a successful real estate coach and trainer for almost 30 years.
Through his training seminars Mr DeLuca shares his proven methods of success with other members of the real estate industry, from new recruits through to experienced managers, covering a wide range of topics including “Avoid the 20 Biggest Agent Mistakes”, “Launching Your Real Estate Career” and “From Success to Super Stardom”.
Voted National President of the Certified Residential Specialists in 1988 and President of the Realtors National Marketing Institute in 1992, Mr DeLuca has been a keynote speaker at the Harcourts New Zealand conference three times.
Harcourts International Managing Director Mike Green says he was thrilled to announce Mr DeLuca’s appointment at last week’s official USA launch.
