Steven Holmes, IT Manager for Debitsuccess says that using the web based system prevents clients from spending too much time on paperwork and more time being productive and running their businesses.
“We have designed a membership application form to make life easy for customers. We can offer a range of tailor-made electronic sign-up systems that can be filled at the counter, using an electronic signature, and then transmitted directly into the Debitsuccess billing system in realtime,” says Steven.
“This enables our team to start liaising directly with the members and initiate the billing processes straight away. Plus, with no need for multiple data handling, data is validated at the point of entry ensuring maximum contract accuracy.”
Debitsuccess knows that many of its partners reap the benefits from the technology behind its Direct Entry and OMG systems.
“We are seeing huge growth in membership contracts being filled in online, with over 40% of all new contracts received loaded using this system,” says Steven.
