Trading On NZDX Commences
Building Society Holdings Limited (BSHL) today advises that Combined Building Society is now fully operational with all transfers in place relating to the merger of CBS Canterbury, Southern Cross Building Society and MARAC.
The MARAC bonds (which are now bonds issued by Combined Building Society) are now quoted on the NZDX and are able to be traded.
Completion of the merger process is expected to take place on 7 January when the shares in BSHL are allotted. Formal NZSX listing of BSHL and quotation of its shares is not expected to take place until the end of the month.
