The BlueChip "Inquiry by the Public" group met today

The BlueChip group running the "Inquiry by the Public" held a 5 hour meeting in Hamilton today to review and collate information to support the investigation into the BlueChip scam.

The Inquiry has superseded the Authorities inadequate investigations. The group are over viewing the entire deception that the BlueChip clients were coerced into.

The Inquiry is expected to deliver an outcome that a Government Public Inquiry would have done. The EUFA organization, legal representatives and individuals called directly to the Minister for Statutory Management of BlueChip and/or a 'Public Inquiry over BlueChip.

The group will make public their findings by the end of March 2011.

Campaigner against white collar crime, Suzanne Edmonds, said from Hamilton this afternoon "The government and their authorities have arrogantly ignored victims of BlueChip and they have blood on their hands. An Inquiry should have been conducted at the outset of the BlueChip collapse".

Victims of BlueChip whose lives are devastated can see no light at the end of the tunnel and are constantly living in fear suffering illness.

Mrs Edmonds added, "We are sick of pleading for Inquiries and protection. They say 'If there is no light at the end of the tunnel, run down and switch it on yourself'. With this attitude, tenacity and determination for justice the Inquiry group was formed".

The group are finding strong evidence that the Inquiry will highlight the lack of due diligence, responsibility and protection by the authorities.

BlueChip Coordinator Ron Jensen stated emotionally today "On behalf of my fellow victims I cannot sit back and tolerate the negligence of the authorities and their inhumane attitudes towards decent hardworking and honorable New Zealanders. I am determined to continue to expose the truth and the unjust legal system and process.
