Kiwibank Cuts All
Fixed Home Loan Rates
Kiwibank has today cut all its
fixed-term home loan rates with immediate effect.
The six-month home loan rate, reduced .40% last month, has been reduced a further .36% rate, to 5.59% p.a. The one-year rate has been reduced .50% to 5.95% p.a.; two-year down .19% to 6.40%; three-year down .19% to 6.90% p.a.; four year down .15% to 7.30% p.a. and five-year down .10% to 7.60% p.a.
