Sony New Zealand introduces five new VAIO models including its first 3D notebook

Auckland – 14 March, 2011 – Sony New Zealand today announced a new VAIO range, including the VAIO C series, a vivid, eye-catching design utilising light emitting plastic1, and S series, providing up to 12 hours of battery life (with extended battery).

VAIO C Series – PC meets personal style

The new VAIO C Series is the ultimate PC for those who want to be noticed. Available in a range of vibrant colours and made from unique materials, the stylish new 14" and 15.5” VAIO C Series is designed to brighten up the everyday PC experience, while still providing powerful computing performance.
The first notebook of its kind, the VAIO C Series features ‘light emitting’ plastic1 which absorbs ambient ultra-violet light through its flat surfaces and creates a dramatic, glow effect along edges of the translucent PC lid and other surfaces.
