Best Western on track for expansion in New Zealand

Best Western has branded two New Zealand hotels since the beginning of the year and is on track to open more, according to Best Western Australasia Chief Executive, Rob Anderson.

"We're committed to brand expansion in New Zealand. Best Western has grown strongly over the three years that we have been in New Zealand, and we want this to continue. We are looking to develop a strong network of quality properties across the North and South islands".

Best Western properties are usually independent three to four plus Qualmark rated motels, hotels and apartments, which can benefit from branding with a global chain. By coming together under the Best Western brand, these independent properties retain their unique personality and charm, while benefiting from a range of products and services not readily available to independent properties such as global brand recognition, national and international sales and marketing, an online presence, worldwide reservations centres, loyalty programs, operational support, group purchasing solutions and the advice, support and referrals provided by fellow members.
