All property sectors represented in Top 20 sales figures

Bayleys Auckland residential salesperson Gary Wallace has been named in the top spot in Bayleys’ Top 20 Salespeople for the year ending March 31, 2011.

It is the second year running that Gary Wallace, who specialises in selling top end homes in the affluent Auckland suburbs of Parnell and Remuera, has achieved the top award.

In previous property cycles, the Bayleys Top 20 sales achievers list has seen one sector of the market – either commercial and industrial, residential or rural - dominate over the others.

However, this year there has been a rebalancing - showing a more even distribution of sales throughout the markets… and the regions.

The results just out also show a good division of top talent nationwide - with top achieving salespeople spaced between the Auckland, Canterbury, Wellington, and Marlborough regions.

The full list of the Bayleys’ Top 20 salespeople is:

1) Gary Wallace, residential, Auckland
2) Chris Jones, rural, Canterbury
3) David Gubb/Mike Houlker, commercial and industrial, Auckland
4) Mark Hourigan, commercial and industrial, Wellington
