Harcourts awarded Takapuna based Andrew Bruce Top NAI Commercial Sales Consultant at the Harcourts’ Northern End of Year Awards 2010/11 held to recognise the successes of the Harcourts consultants and offices each year. Mr Bruce was successful in receiving one of twenty-two awards given to individuals and offices in their Northern Region from the Bombay Hills north, in the ceremony held at Auckland’s Pullman Hotel on the 2 May.

“There seems to be an increase in leasing and sales across the commercial, industrial and retail market. NAI Harcourts have, in the last nine months, increased settled sales by 300% across the market due to interest rates changes,” NAI Harcourts General Manager Richard Laery said.

“More and more people are finding out what NAI Harcourts can do and how we add value for our clients. We utilise the global network that supports us and find more people are trying us to experience for themselves that what we’re doing works.” “We recognise NAI Harcourts successes through our sales consultants’ achievements, results and most importantly through client feedback. Andrew is certainly a key player in the delivery of dynamic solutions thus immense results for our clients,” Mr Laery said. Mr Bruce places his next focus on utilising the support and tools within the NAI Harcourts business to claim next year’s award.

“The support and resources available to our team is enabling us to provide clients with options and these tools are an important resource for growth and NAI Harcourts public awareness.” Other NAI Harcourts Sales Consultants will be honoured at three other award ceremony’s being held around the county this week leading up to the Harcourts Annual Conference in 23-25 May in Rotorua.
