Mitsubishi Dealers Awarded

Five Mitsubishi Motors dealers received the ultimate accolade at the company’s annual black-tie Diamond Dealer awards in Rotorua on Friday night.

In opening the event, general manager of sales and marketing Warren Brown said “a sustained effort by the entire Mitsubishi network ensured that the brand’s sales increased 32% for the 2010 financial year to March and continued its 16 consecutive month year-on-year sales improvement.”

The winning dealers from Auckland, Morrinsville and Wellington “excelled in sales, customer service and dealership operations” said Mr Brown. “The Mitsubishi Motors Diamond Dealer Award programme forms a significant part of our franchise activity and a Diamond Dealer trophy is the pinnacle award that brings peer and market recognition for overall excellence.”

The 2010 Diamond Dealers are: Andrew Simms Mitsubishi Newmarket; Auckland Motors Mitsubishi, Manukau; Mexted Mitsubishi, Tawa; Piako Mitsubishi, Morrinsville; Simon Lucas Mitsubishi, North Shore.
