Mike Johnston, Country Manager of Canon New Zealand, says, “The Canon Media Awards is a fantastic opportunity to showcase New Zealand’s media talent.

“Canon is delighted be both sponsor and part of this event and celebrates all the great efforts of the New Zealand print and online media.

It has been a particularly challenging year for our media in New Zealand. Tonight was a chance to reflect on all that we have been through and acknowledge those passionate people who deliver the news under sometimes extraordinary circumstances,” says Johnston.
