Tui Becomes Official Sponsor of King Country Rubgy

New Zealand’s most popular beer brand, Tui, has signed a three-year sponsorship deal with King Country Rugby Union.

Tui is now the official sponsor and beer supplier of King Country Rugby Union and its senior teams including the King Country Rams.

Tui sponsorship manager, Peter Wills, says the iconic beer brand is delighted to be back on board with King Country Rugby under its flagship brand Tui.

“DB’s association with the union goes way back from the 1980s and it’s great to be involved again.”

News of the sponsorship has been greeted by an enthusiastic response from rugby legend and King Country patron, Colin Meads.

“Personally, it’s great to have Tui on board again sponsoring King Country Rugby, given that it is my preferred drop of amber liquid! We look forward to a mutually rewarding partnership with them.”

King Country Rugby Union Chairman David Trewavas says he’s delighted with the sponsorship and looks forward to a hugely successful partnership over the coming three years.
