There’s no place like hoamz – a year of success

There’s no place like hoamz – a year of success

Invercargill’s brightest real estate company are celebrating their first year in business – and what a year it’s been!

In a very short space of time hoamz Southland have established themselves as one of Invercargill’s leading agencies. And what do the company attribute this success to? ‘Well you can’t miss us’ laughs Branch Manager Carl Wilson, ‘our distinctive and colourful brand has stood us in good stead to make sure everyone notices our properties for sale.

We’ve been privileged to have access to some exceptional systems, strategic training and marketing support to make our clients experiences smoother and more professional, plus of course we’ve got some of the area’s most active agents – all in all, a recipe for success.’

The unprecedented growth isn’t limited only to sales volumes – the company introduced the new property management and rentals brand, hoamz to rent, in June 11, and have also brought on new sales consultants and office staff to keep up the pace.

The newest recruits, including experienced agents Dana Hunter and John Strachan, plus familiar local rugby personality Andrew McHugh demonstrate the commitment to quality growth of the team and management. A recent television campaign and community and charity involvements keep hoamz Southland on the map for property buyers, sellers and renters in the South.

August 2nd sees corks popping to celebrate the anniversary of their high-profile opening, and a chance to reflect on the more than $23million of sales transacted by the start-up company in just their first year of operation.
