Endace Appoints Australian Head of Sales

Appointment Signals High Growth Potential in Australian Market

Auckland, New Zealand - September 20, 2011 - Endace (LSE: EDA), world leader in network monitoring and recording, has appointed Matthew Moore as Head of Sales for Australia.

The decision to hire a Head of Sales for Australia highlights the potential for further growth in the APAC market, and in particular Australia.

Moore will focus on establishing the need for Endace Monitoring and Recording Fabrics amongst Enterprise, Telco, and Government clients in the Australian market. Matthew will be based in Sydney at Endace's new office in North Sydney

"Matt's appointment is the continuation of our Asia Pacific expansion strategy," said Neil Templeman, Vice President Sales, APAC. "We've seen strong growth in Australia following our partnership with Newgen, and adding a highly experienced and established hand like Matthew to the Australian team was the obvious next step."

"With a solid background across a number of local organisations, Matt was the ideal choice to develop our presence in the local market. The launch of our technology into the Australian market following our success in the US and Europe has been a priority, and we're thrilled to take this next step," said Templeman.

Moore joins Endace after three years in his previous role as APAC Regional Director at Workshare, where he was responsible for developing and overseeing the region. His prior roles include business development manager for Internet Security Systems, business development manager for Loop Technology and security practice management for Alphawest.
