Carlson Wagonlit Travel appoints new Director of Sales, Australia & New Zealand

Sydney, November 29, 2011 — Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT), a global leader specialised in managing business travel and meetings and events, has announced the appointment of Vanessa Moore as Director of Sales, CWT Australia & New Zealand, effective November 21, 2011.

Vanessa joined CWT in March 2002 as Business Development Manager before being promoted to the role of Director of Sales, Australia in April 2006. Vanessa is a two-time recipient of CWT Australia’s Salesperson of the Year Award and in 2006 was a nominee for the prestigious Marilyn Carlson ‘Order of the Golden Rose’ Award for Sales Achievement across the entire Carlson Group of Companies.

In early 2011, Vanessa assumed the role of Global Program Director for one of CWT’s global clients before being promoted to her current role.
