Demand for international travel from New Zealand continues to grow as latest figures from Statistics New Zealand show that New Zealand residents departed on almost 10% more overseas trips in November 2011 compared to the same month of the previous year.

To help Kiwis plan and book, New Zealand’s largest travel show, Travel Expo, is being held in Wellington on 29 January 2012. Hosted by Flight Centre Limited, this show brings all travel information together under one roof, with exclusive flight discounts, cruises and holiday packages available on the day.

Flight Centre New Zealand’s executive general manager, Mike Friend, said the demand for international travel is further increasing due to the current weather in New Zealand and this is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to book their 2012 travel.
