CEDIA
(Custom Electronic Design Installation Association) has
unveiled the winners of the highly coveted CEDIA Electronic
Lifestyles® Awards which recognise and reward the high
quality and professional integration of projects from within
the residential custom installation industry across the Asia
Pacific.
The Awards showcased outstanding installations of custom electronics in the home and commercial environments. This years CEDIA Awards scheme was one of the most competitive yet boasting 77 project entries from 28 companies and from 5 countries; Australia, China, Japan, New Zealand and Taiwan.
We are pleased to announce local company Automation Associates specialising in design and installation of residential and commercial electronic systems, has won five of these highly prestigious awards.
This years awards provided us with unique projects showcasing what can be done in the way of designing and integrating entertainment, energy management principles, home-automation and much more into residential and commercial projects seamlessly and efficiently.
Based in Ponsonby Auckland, Automation Associates entered into 5 of the 15 categories in this years prestigious CEDIA Electronic Lifestyles® Awards and won an award for each entry – Winner „Best Integrated Home Installation AUD$250,000 - $500,000 „,
Highly Commended „Best Integrated Home Installation AUD$150,000 - $250,000, Winner „Best Integrated Home Installation AUD$100,000 - $150,000,
Highly Commended „Best Integrated Home Installation under AUD$100,000, Highly Commended „Best Commercial Project „
- announced and celebrated by over 300 industry professionals at a gala dinner function held in the exclusive Moda Events Portside, Brisbane, on Wednesday 9 May 2012.
“We are consistently impressed by the standard of the projects that are being designed and installed from our members across the Asia Pacific region, and this year was no different.” says Stephen Miller, CEDIA Asia Pacifics Executive Director. “The CEDIA Awards are a fantastic way for our industry to recognise the amazing work that is being completed by companies across the region”.
