Business Awards Feedback Enhancement

Business Awards Feedback Enhancement

For the first time, a locally-devised radar graph is to be given to entrants in this year’s Electra Business awards.

It will be automatically provided as part of the individual assessment report provided to each entrant following the announcement of the award winners.

Devised by the new Chair of Business Kapiti Horowhenua, Mark Ternent, the graph gives a visual picture of how an individual entrant compares to all the others.

“The aim is to assist entrants in gaining greater insights into their business practices and to enable them to identify where they can improve” says Mr Ternent.

Over the years, many entrants have praised the awards for assisting them to improve their businesses and, significantly, many who have taken away the title Electra Business of the year have used the feedback from entering in previous years to reach the top.

This year there are 11 categories and three excellence awards available as well as the Business of the Year accolade.

Assessors are now considering and will visit this year’s entrants and the results will be announced at a gala dinner on Friday 12th October.
